These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on this web site from www.bowlesmeover.com.au 

Orders & delivery

Bowles Me Over or its agent will deliver the goods you ordered to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to the availability. Where the goods are not available Bowles Me Over will notify you of this as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Bowles Me Over to be authorised to receive the goods. 

Returns & refunds

Bowles Me Over has its own Returns Policy. Please refer to this returns policy if you need to contact us about a return or a refund. 

Prices & payment

For each online order, you must pay: 

The applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Bowles Me Over, the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time. 


Bowles Me Over aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the goods on this web site. However, our picture of the goods may differ from the actual goods. 

We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods


Any liability of Bowles Me Over in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Bowles Me Over be limited to: 

  1. In relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and 
  2. In relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Changes to terms

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Bowles Me Over may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order. 

Applicable law

All purchases under this web site and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Western Australia 


Payment is expected upon collection or in advance of delivery. Identification may be requested when collecting goods. Payment details shall be finalised prior to dispatch unless you have an approved account. 

Please do not use P.O. Box numbers as your delivery address.

* Direct deposits, bank drafts and EFT payments must be cleared funds in our bank account before we will dispatch/release goods. 

Delivery address and contact details

When placing an order with us, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. To assist us in processing your order, please provide your landline phone number. Delivery is via courier and cannot be to a Post Office Box. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods. 

Returns Policy

Bowles Me Over offers a 7-day return policy on all products except those sold on a No Return Basis. 


In the event that a product develops a fault that appears to have been caused during its manufacture or otherwise prior to purchase (excluding, for example, faults due to willful damage, environmental conditions or customer misuse post-purchase), you should notify Bowles Me Over immediately upon noticing the fault.

Damaged in transit product

In the event that you receive a product that appears to have been 'Damaged in Transit' that is, damaged in transit from Bowles Me Over to you, you should:


If you have already accepted delivery, and then notice that the product appears to have been damaged in transit, you should notify Bowles Me Over immediately. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number in accordance with the above procedures.

Returns Procedure

All goods to be returned, whether defective or not, will require acceptance from Bowles Me Over before they can be returned. To obtain a Return Authorisation Number, please contact:

A refund will normally be issued within 7 days of us receiving the goods returned in accordance with this Returns Policy, with the exception of goods that are not obviously faulty.
